The Beverly Rotary Club receives many requests for grants and/or service projects throughout the year. To make this process as efficient as possible, we ask you to take a few minutes to fill out one of these forms at right. Fill them out as completely as you can, especially the name of your contact person and/or organization.

When the form is mailed into the Rotary Club, the Executive Board will review the application to see if the club can help with your application. All information is private and will not be shared with any other groups or individuals. It is only used to keep in line with Rotary International guidelines as to requesting and granting of funds.

A representative of the club will contact you and let you know the status of your application. Grants are voted on by the Executive Board and are subject to available money that the club has/will raise. Our general rule is to hold requests until May so we know what money we have.The Board meets once a month, but will review grants that are time sensitive and need more immediate attention.
